Multi Color Binders

I use color to organize my office. I find these binders to be very effective in organizing my materials that I use on a regular basis. While this has been a recent purchase I believe that the quality of these binders will hold up to their repeated use. I also like the fact that they come in multiple sizes so that I can mix the size and stay within my color organization philosophy. An organized over 20 years ago convinced me that reducing search time for information that in some cases still needs to be maintained in hard copy can be accomplished with color.

Very nice binder!

I got this binder due to the great price and I have been really impressed. The D rings keep paperwork neat and the opening latch it easy to operate. I haven't had it long but the sturdy construction makes me think I'll be able to use it for a very long time.

This is one of the better binders I have found. It's easy to open and close and have sleaves so you can added a front cover and also chnage it if you decide to reuse the binder. A bit pricey though so I would suggest that you wait to see if a coupon is available. You might have about 15 to 20%.

Large capacity

These binders allow for a large capacity of inserts the spine lays flat and the rings are straight up instead of rounded so it allows for easy opening and viewing without getting clogged or destroying the contents. Plastics insert openings are found on both front and back covers as well as inside both covers allowing for easy identification of contents index and notes. They are economical as well as practical and I definitely recommend them.

Best Binders Ever

I own several of these binders. As a matter of fact this is the only kind I will buy. I use them for my genealogy project. I am constantly opening and closing the rings when I have new documents to add. Many other binders eventually get misaligned and the rings don't line up. Over the past 4 years I have not had this happen with any of these binders. They are easy to label. You simply slide your title down the spine (card stock works the best) and you can rename it without dealing with removing a sticky label. The best part about them is that you only need one hand to open them and it works easily every time.
