Great Binder to Use

We purchased the 1 1/2" Staples Heavy Duty View Binders with D-Rings for our office. They work very well. We are able to fill these very full of items and never have any problems opening or closing them. And they come in many colors which makes it nice to color-code what we have in the binders sort of an easy filing system. They are definitely a binder that we will purchase again and again for our office. They are easy to use and look very professional. Thanks to Staples for making such great products.

I had a bunch of old 3 ring binders. you had to pry open the rings just to get the paper out and in. With Staples binders it was very easy to open and close with just a lite push. They are great binders that I use now to showcase my presentations hold my important documents and even pass them out to my staff. The different colors I brought helps me to coordinate which ones to look at daily and which one to look at on a monthly basis. They help me become more organized. I would never had thought by buying these colorful binders would help me be or organized.

This binder is sturdy with good locking rings. The view feature allows me to create title pages and binding labels.

I loved this binder. I loved how easy it is to open. There was a variety of colors that caught my eye not just the traditional colors of red black blue or white. I loved the heavy duty feel of the cover it does not bend in the middle or when I set books on them they hold their shape. The rings are sturdy and solid. They open with ease and do not spring back to fast. I have pinched my hand in between rings on other binders. I love the multiple pockets they have on the inside of the cover. Usually there is only one but these have 2 and it is handy.

I've been using Staples binders for as long as I've had my business-- 14 years. They never disappoint. Sturdy-- they hold up for a long time even when I handle them daily.
