1/2 inch binder

What i had to do to get a label on the 1/2 binders on the on the end like the large binders was to open the binder all the way till touching to give a enough space to slip in cardboard strip that i had to make for identifying the binder. To make it easy to slip in the strip was a made a tool to slide down to stretch the plastic out with a hack saw blade and card board on both sides and rammed it thru . I don't think this is what the designer had in mind
