Nice appearance but frustrating to use

I have only had this notebook for a short time. It is not full and has not been stressed. Opening it is awkward and the rings do not meet when it is closed. Because of that papers come out when you don't want them out. Very frustrating.

all three of my children use this binder. the construction of this binder is remarkable. no more edges that get caught on bookbags or shirts. we've already gone back to buy more of these for other classes.
