Staples® Better View Binders

I prefer Staples Better View Binders. I avoid buying competititor binders and I visit Staples to buy more of their binders. I use them professionally and personally and I use them with Staples document protectors. When I visit my co-workers and my customers I carry my project notes in my Staples Better View Binder for that meeting. I literally had a team of lawyers visit me in my office to collect evidence they wanted for one of their legal cases and these lawyers were happy photocopying my notes in my Staples Better View Binders.

Durable

This binder is very nice and great quality. Easy to locate among other binders. Sturdy and very durable and the clear front sleeve makes for a great impression with projects. I like to be well organized and color code my work for easy reference among groups of projects. I have not had any issues with tearing at the binding. This binder feels durable and has a nice feel to it. It is not flimsy and should last a long time and be able to be reused over and over again. I prefer products that are a good value for the money I invest.

D-ring Better Binders

I use these to store my financial documents instead of file folders. I divide the info into monthly statements transactions etc. using Avery double pocket dividers. It makes looking anything up very easy opposed to using a file folder.

durable binder long lasting

I purchase to organize various financial statements and appreciate the more durable construction. The resin cover holds up better than the covered "cardboard" of other standard and even heavy duty binders. The internal closure mechanism is easy to use open with a slight press and closing easily as well. The internal pockets are arranged so you slide papers in sideways so you do not have that slightly annoying issue where papers may flap down when the binder is opened. The only downside to the binders are the price but I prefer them for the durability.
