I got rid of most of my old binders - tired of fighting to get them to lay flat while open. My car and RV manuals and instructions are mostly online. I printed out the critical information and now everything is in one handy notebook - title service records receipts insurance policy. Easy to find the right folder. White is for my white SUV blue is for my RV records manuals instructions and receipts and the yellow is for trips I went on or want to take triplist roadside and RV memberships and my bucket list of things I want to do. When I need info such as winterizing my RV the book lays open and flat so I can read it and have both hands free to work. I put my pre-trip and other checklists in a plastic sleeve so I can check them off with an erasable marker and use them over and over.

They are usefully color coded. I like the sleeve feature for collage artwork. The rings open and shut easily. The durabiity is adequate. My only issue is the inner pocket. I would prefer the simple sleeve rather than the pocket with a flap loop and button.
