I use these in various sizes for my business. While we try to be paperless there are certain reports that need to be printed and sorted and analyzed. The binders work great for that and they fit in my suit case nicely when I need to take the documents on trips. The D rings work well when you are trying to flip bunches of sheets back and forth. Recommend this.
I like the spine label and D-ring but the pockets inside are awkward to use. This binder holds my papers well. Because the pockets are awkward I needed to add another folder inside which took up some room.
I got this binder for the simple fact that it had metal rings (my last binder was a hybrid with plastic rings that were not staying together.). Purple is my favorite color so I wanted the purple obviously. The binder fits perfectly in my backpack. It halds all of my class notes so I don't need multiple binders for college. The one touch open feature is great you just pish the button at the bottom and the rings pop open. This helps me with moving notes around (I like to organize the notes at the end of the day with all of my paper in the back). The front pocket is perfect for handouts and the back pocket is perfect for notebook paper (the only downside to this binder if you put copy paper in the back it gets bent by the rings and crumpled).
I am a homeschooling parent and it is important for me to keep all of our materials organized. In addition since we handle these items daily I need sturdy binders that can handle the job. I love that they have D rings and only require one touch to open them. It's really easy to insert documents into the view window which can be extremely frustrating when using other binders. Best of all when I traded in my old binder Staples gave me $2 off of each of the Better View Binders that I purchased! You can't beat that!
