Staples D-Ring Binders

This is the third time purchasing this brand of binders. I found them to be very durable colorful and can withstand regular handling. Staples offer numerous sizes which makes it very easy to setup my catalogs for my shop. I also use them for my job as a laboratory manual. Using the various colors as a code for each publication of policies help everyone pick the correct one. I also use the binders along with pocket holders for placing a strict category of business receipts. The binders are so durable adding tabs do not hang over the side of the binders.

These notebooks are sturdy and hold quite a bit. The wide color selection allows designation of different colors to different categories (e.g. red for recipes orange for household information neon yellow for kitchen appliance information etc.).

I bought two of this style binder to use for a special presentation. This is going to work great. I was able to create a custom graphic for the spine insert. I am quite pleased with the appearance and durability of the binder. I have used cheaper binders for less important projects but I needed something high quality for my upcoming presentation and this fit my needs. I also like the "clear view" binder cover. I was able to create a personalized cover and spine plus I used special 3 hole inserts for other graphics CD's DVD's Blu-Ray discs and more.

Sturdy Functional Binder

Loved the binder. IT is very sturdy and functional. I like the clear pocket front and the ability to label the side of the binder as well. You also have a great variety of colors to choose from. I like to color coordinate my binders with my classes.

These are perfect for heavy daily usage as they are quite durable and easy to label. They are a staple around our office and will continue to be used whenever a binder is necessary.

We have a lot of documents that we need to refer to everyday and our binders go through a lot of harsh rough handling wear and tear by mechanic with greasy hands and these binders are great and stand up to the rigors of our daily abuse.
