The Best 3-Ring Binders I've Ever Had

A bit of a "Neat Freak" I keep my Woodworking Gardening Automobile Tractor Manuals & Records in 3-ring binders in different colors. These biders are FABULOUS! They are Reasonably Priced have Soft Rubber Seams that don't crack & tear latchable FRONT POCKETS that to hold loose small papers & an edge pocket to label the binder's contents. Simply THE BEST!
