My nephew creates pencil draawings on 9x12 stock. It is a very tight fit in these sleeves. He will probably slit the long side to make it a pocket cover. 9x12 paper will probably fit but take some jiggling

We use these in a shop enviroment to hold drawings of jobs. We've ordered these numerous times. They used to be made by Avery and the corners were rounded and the plastic on the back side was "frosted" and on the front side was clear. the seams were melted/continuous. The next order I got was Staples brand and these were very sharp corners with seams that have a stitched appearance and they were clear. The order I just got today 3/18/11 was the same Staples design but the plastic is milky white and not as transparent. Really prefer all the qualities of the Avery brand [...] I also purchase the more expensive C-Line ticket holders with fabric stitched edges. These are also clear plastic and better for holding more thickness but high cost for high volume use.
I use these for keeping all kinds of projects organized . Hang on the wall for quick glance information. Hang one on a hook for receipts to be collected. Hang one by each kids coat hook for them to put special papers in. Keep one by the phone for notes and messages.
