Did you already get in touch with our customer support? since your tooth brush is only 3months, there's a possibility that your tooth brush is still under warranty. Check your warranty, If your toothbrush is still under warranty, contact Philips customer support as soon as possible. Our relevant team offer repairs or replacements for faulty products. Have your purchase receipt and product details handy. This will help speed up the process when you contact support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a different electric tooth brush I was pretty amazed by the power this thing packs. It actually tickled the first time using but after that I was used to it. My gums and teeth feel like I’ve just left the dentist after every brush. My dentist said this is what she uses and I just happened to find a deal so I made the jump too.
