My new K-Supreme Coffee Machine quit working after 3 months, so I called the help number listed. That same day I got an email listing what I needed to show them such as my receipt, photo of my Keurig and photo of the Keurig's serial number. Within 3 days I had a new Keurig to replace my old one. No problem! Thank you Keurig for good service!
I like the configuration of the coffee maker. With the water reservoir at the back, it can sit on the counter and allow the top handle to be used under my cabinet.
I've just received my 3rd replacement of the Supreme single serve coffee maker in less than 1 year. The coffee maker has just stopped working (no power to unit) after only a few months of use. The warranty is nice but each time we have no coffee maker for a week+ while waiting for the replacement. Also, the unit requires descaling about once a month even when using distilled water. We've owned many Keurig coffee makers and have always been very satisfied but this will be our last. The quality has gone downhill!
Cute machine and no warmup time! We love it so much! The flexibility of where you can place the water reservoir is a nice feature. I bought the sage color and it's so cute in my kitchen! I named her Katie Keurig ;)
We purchased this new Keurig after visiting with my sister out of state and using hers for 4 days…….and my previous K was worn out. Makes a great cup of coffee fast! I love the giant handle, for looks and use. My warning to others is, flush after each use running clear water……there are grounds. To be expected I guess with this new machine punching 5 holes versus one.
