Perfect coffee maker; fits neatly on our countertop. This is our first Keurig; I had always wanted to try one but thought they were too large for our space. Considered getting the Mini, but really enjoy the 72 oz water tank so that my husband and I can make back-to-back cups. This machine is very quiet and fast. Coffee is delicious!
I recently updated my still working Keurig (2014) for a Newer model. I wanted a 12 oz cup of coffee. So I picked this K-Supreme with the extra buttons for "Strong" "12oz" and "Ice". I just love it. I get the best of everything. And just enough coffee to make me happy (and not have to go get another cup! ) I picked the pretty sage color and it just looks so nice in my kitchen! I also am able to modify where the water dispense is placed. This newer model takes up less space then my older one (that still works!) So now I can have 12oz of hot water for tea, coffee or hot cocoa.
I adore this machine. I've used several Keurig's, at home, at work, at friend's houses. My old one, which I'd had for over 7 years just quit on me. I researched like crazy and decided to go with this one. The five needles really improve the quality of the coffee. My boyfriend has been drinking tea every morning for as long as I've known him, but this weekend he made his first cup of coffee in the new Keurig and was really impressed. I love the small footprint, and bigger water tank.

second keurig Ive had that the descale light does not turn off after cleaning. Have watched every how- to, repeated the process 2-3 times but to know avail. I refuse to take it apart as some videos recommend. Will not by another Keurig again.

We are on our 4th machine now. Each time we need to descale, the machine turns off during the process and refuses to power up. Keurig replaces each time, but this is ridiculous! Works great, until the descale light comes on.
I only had my coffee maker a few months. When I followed the instructions on descaling, during the rinse cycle, it stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Recommend not to buy

I bought this a few months ago and used it a couple times and did not use it again for over 6 months because it is in our winter home. Tried to make coffee and has no power! Checked out plug ins etc and not the problem. Now Insee that many have had a problem with this coffee maker. Tell you to reset it but nothing I have tried works!
