Third machine of this model in 18 months! Doesn't last. Not to mention that the ounces are not even close to what they are supposed to brew!

I bought a Keurig K-Supreme last Christmas. Loved it until I descaled. Then it stopped working, entirely… no on/off power, plugging/unplugging, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I loved this new Keurig, which is smaller than my old one - which broke after daily use for 5 years - this one takes up a bit less space. It was very easy to use and makes great coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect, Quiet, Easy

I replaced my first generation Keurig with this new one and I like it a lot. It's quiet, quick and makes an excellent cup of coffee.

My Keurig stopped working after less than a year. The customer support team was exceptional and sent a replacement within a few days. Definitely a great company that stands behind it's products!
Although the customer service was fantastic the product itself has flaws. I have had to replace 2 Kuerigs in 6 months. The second one only worked for two days! So I am on my third unit in 6 months. I hope this one is a good one!
My Keurig stopped working within the 1-year warranty. I contacted Keurig and they send out a new replacement the next day. I was without a Keurig for about 4-days. That is way better than I ever thought it would be. I have used Keurig coffee makers for a long time and will continue to do so in the future.

I’m disappointed that it pulls more power than necessary, causing lights to flicker on the same circuit, I have since read that other customers have had this same issue with this model
