Poor Quality

We have been through three units by now. The first one we bought had the opening device freeze shut on us. Then, the replacement comes in and it gets stuck in descale mode and before that it never brewed a full selected amount of ounces. Our logic is. "DO NOT" use the filter that the unit comes with, ever. So, our re-replacemet comes in and now we having an issue again. this time its not puncturing holes properly in any k-pod you may find out their from any store. We have contacted Keurig yet again. This unit is riddled with issues. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS BREWER!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was religious in caring for my Keurig: however, after I did my usual descaling (with Keurig solution) my machine suddenly quit. No power, no lights. After explaining to customer service that even though I had my machine for 17 months, I felt that this was unacceptable. After a transfer to a supervisor, he agreed that Keurig would send me a new machine. It as on my porch in three days. I’m a happy caffeinated customer.

So disappointing

Treated myself to this last year, I was so excited about it. (I never buy things for myself…toddlers get it all) worked great for about 3 months. Constantly leaks out of the top. Never a consistent cup size. Cup is mostly half coffee and water. Tastes like crap and there’s always a mess. Descaled, cleaned needles, this is just a dud. Not sure I’ll ever buy a Keurig again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wasn’t sure if this pot would do everything I wanted in a coffee brewer. It totally does. The coffee tastes much better with the new brewing method. Heats up very fast and takes up less space.

While descaling my Keurig coffee maker, it’s suddenly stopped working. I contacted customer service and because it was within my one-year warranty they replaced it for free. Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representatives. The only glitch was that they only except PDF or PNG files. I couldn’t convert my files from my phone to those types of files right away. So there was a lot of back-and-forth and trying to forward the documentation they required before it finally got through. Once the acceptable documents were sent however, I received my new coffee maker immediately. Works wonderful!
We bought our K-Supreme 3 months ago and when I needed to do the descaling cycle it didn't work so I call the company and they replaced it immediately.
This replacement couldn't have gone any smoother..the gentleman on the phone professionally explained everything to me ..who process took maybe 15 minutes..and the new Keurig was at my house the next day... awesome service.
