Doesn't last a year

I originally bought this unit in 2020 to replace an older model Keurig that wasn't putting out much water anymore. It lasted for about 2 months until it completely stopped working, luckily in this instance I bought it direct from Keurig, so they replaced it. The replacement worked for a little over a year and now it won't brew coffee anymore. I've faithfully descaled and cleaned the needles and components every couple of months. While it powers on, it fails to recognize the open/close which lights up the brewing buttons. My first Mr. Coffee lasted for 15 years and was still working when I retired it. I've had 6 Keurigs in 15 years and all of them have failed. I think I'm done with the Keurig brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy buy something else.

Coffee tastes great but the quantity it brews keeps getting smaller. A 12oz brew makes between 8-9 oz. The other size brews are equally small. I will not be purchasing another Keurig. Add up the cast of pods or filters along with a very poor quality machine and it is not worth the aggravation and cost.

Descaling regularly removes mineral build up that can affect taste and quality, ensuring your coffee maker brews a perfect cup, every time. Depending on the mineral content of your water, calcium deposits or scale may build up in your brewer. Scale is non-toxic but if left unattended can hinder brewer performance. This is my third Keurig coffee maker. I have one upstairs in the master suite, one in the kitchen and one that I use when I travel. The amazing thing is, these machines keep getting better! This one, makes the best coffee in the house! I’m thinking it might have something to do with the new multi point insertion system. It is obviously doing a more efficient job of putting the hot water through the grounds. I like these machines for their convenience, now I love them because I can’t brew a better cup of coffee from beans I grind myself! If you haven’t experienced one of these machines, by this one you won’t regret it!

I bought this as a replacement for my old Keurig Mini, and it works well. It's nice that this machine has a filter and a removable water reservoir. I also like that the reservoir can be placed on the side or in the back. My one complaint about all the Keurig machines is that they are very tall, so opening the hatch under an upper cabinet doesn't really work - I had to rearrange my kitchen to accommodate the machine. A better design would be a sliding hatch instead of a lift-up. Other than that, the machine works well, it provides a cold brew feature, and different ounce choices for smaller or larger mugs. It's also sleek and well designed. I am happy with it, I just wish it were able to live under my upper cabinet!

The customer service was impeccable and went smoothly. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. That being said, the fact that this coffee machine had to be replaced at 6 months is disturbing.

Don't waste your money!

I'm on my third, warrantied replacement. Every time I descale this model- it dies. The descale light never goes back off, and shortly thereafter it powers off, and never works again. I BEGGED them to give me a different model (I loved my K- Elite), but they would rather just give me another faulty unit every three months, upsetting me further. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MODEL!
