I receive this beautiful coffee maker is a gift I was able to use it just one time then it cut off, however the company replaced it in a very professional manner and I appreciate it very much and I am very happy with the use of my Keurig machine

My Machine broke and wow Keurig replaced fast!

I purchased a Keurig machine 6 months ago, I did a Descale on it and it didn't turn back on! I called customer service for the warranty because the store I bought it at only would have money-back for 90 days. The Warranty team did a marvelous job to calm me down and walked me through the warranty process and I didn't even have to mail the machine back and go through a lengthy process. I took a couple of photos and emailed them and and the representative was right! 3 days later, I had a brand new machine brewing my delicious coffee quickly again!! Truly No Hassle! I will always buy a Keurig machine! Keurig, you have a customer for life! :)
