Bought just over a year ago but did not put into use until June/July after kitchen remodle was complete. Less than a year of use and one morning it would not turn on. Called and received a replacement within days! Make sure to register your appliances.
Bought this model 9 months ago so it was still under warranty. It suddenly stopped working. Tried all the recommended fixes with no luck. Called customer service and they were polite and helpful and shipped us out a new replacement coffee maker quickly. It arrived in good shape and was up and running the next morning. Nice to know they stand by their products and warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very lightweight

Probably could have gone a while longer but after 10 years I was ready for a newer model. The only issue I have come upon is the pods that are not encased In plastic have a tendency to spill grounds into the next cup. Quite annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn’t work after you descale it

Bought one in December of 2020. 6 months later it wouldn’t turn on after descaling. Now the replacement won’t turn on after descaling. Don’t buy one, they don’t last! Keurig should be giving a credit for a different model instead of continuing to send defective products

Do not buy!!! Broke down after a few months!

I bought this a few months ago and it doesn’t work anymore. After descaling it never turned on again. I have contacted costumer service multiple times and they haven’t responded on how to make this right. I would NOT recommend.
