Half of the time the "coffee" is basically water. Not reliable.

with multi stream, I think the coffee is better tasting. The one big problem is if you want to use a reusable pod to fill with you own coffee. The style of the Keurig reusable is a pain, and the generic ones do not fit. Be aware if you want to make your own pods, not a good choice..

My Keurig served me faithfully but finally gave up the ghost! Called Keurig Warranty on a Saturday and received my Warranty replacement Keurig the following Tuesday! Unbelievably quick, no hassle service!
