I bought my Keurig 8 months ago and it suddenly quit working. I called tech support and they had me perform a series of tests to diagnose the problem. When they determined that they could not fix the problem, they sent me a new coffee machine, at no charge. They did not even charge me for shipping. Who does that. There were no hassles or problems Thank you Keurig!
You can check your records, I've had a lot of trouble with this model, but you have stood behind your warranty 100%, and your customer service has been excellent; kudos for that.
I am so impressed with Keurig's customer service. I had a problem with my machine and they replaced it and had it sent to our house. It is wonderful to have a company that stands behind their warranty and product. The machine makes the best coffee, with the least amount of time and effort. I love it!
