This is the perfect size for the counter space I have.

Descale

I bought this a few months ago and I love it. I use it everyday. I use Reverse Osmosis water in it and twice now I have gotten an error message to descale. Why? It’s reverse osmosis water. The error code won’t go away even if I run the descale program without the descale solution. I called Keurig up and the lady on the phone had me read the serial number off of it and so some trouble shooting. Then said I needed to have it replaced and we would do it under warranty. After being on hold for 20 minutes, they hung up on me. They had asked me for my number and address as well as email. You would think that after being disconnected they would call you back. Was I disconnect or hung up on on purpose.

I just recently bought this and absolutely LOVE that I upgraded! The only issue I have, is the “Silver Sage” color, looks way more vibrant online, and on the box, and unboxing it to find a very faded color was kind of a disappointment since I love the color green. Other than that, it’s great!
We’ve been using Keurig's for over 10 years....from basic to fancy. Our last one was the one with the frother option. This little Keurig is the BEST one EVER! The 5 piercings brew a WONDERFUL cup of coffee! We got the silver sage, and it’s beautiful. We are ordering a second one for our RV. If you’re on the fence, hop over and get it.
When it works its awesome. Yet, I’m on my second unit for this model and 3 unit for a different model for father in-law. With hopes they fix quality control of these machines at keurig. We bought keurig model thinking it would be best. Oh well.
