Makes an absolute mess!

We've had this coffee maker for a couple of months and it works ok if you don't mind cleaning up after it every time you make a cup. I believe it is the multi-stream system that is making this such a poor product. I would rather post a video of the problem but I am limited to photos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only been using it a week or so but love it. It's the beautiful green one and love how crystal clear the reservoir is, plus it holds so much water. Takes up less room and sleek and modern. Works great, different from all the previous models we've had through the years.
Purchased the Sage Silver, perfect color for my kitchen. Recieved, set up and plugged in. Followed all instructions for set up. Unit had no power. Tried different outlets, and tried other appliances in outlets. The unit would not start up. Called Keurig the very day I received unit. Was told they.had to file a Warranty claim. I sent proof of purchase and Serial number from unit as instructed. It has been 2 weeks, still have no coffee unit. Have not heard anything else from Keurig. If I would have purchased from store I would have just returned and gotten a replacement the same day. The way it is, I have been without a coffee untit for 2 weeks now.
Very happy with my purchase. This coffee maker is compact, beautiful, quiet, aromatic and not to mention makes a great cup of coffee. I love the option to strengthen the brew, because sometimes I need a stronger cup of coffee.

Slight Disappointment

I’m not happy with the flaw concerning the descale light that STAYS on. Yes, I call it a flaw because of all the Keurigs I’ve had before (4 of them), this has never been an issue. Following each and every step of the instructions for descaling and the light is STILL on. I’ve had it 2 months and that blinking light is seriously such a nuisance!!
