I’ve owned a keurig coffee maker for about 20 + years & always loved it for the simplicity—have bought 4-5 through those years but the k-supreme lacks a lot—1- can’t fit my yeti 20 oz under the server. 2-have over the years bought xtra individual pods that fit every keurig up until this one—had to go out & buy new pods-my k cups for 10 a piece-then after coming home to set it up-had to go to 3 different sites to show me that the pods had to be disassembled to use & then remove another part from the k-supreme-wow guys sorry but this will be my last Keurig—-
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost perfect

I bought this Kuerig several months ago to replace a really old one. I love the 12 oz option, and especially like the strong brew. i like everything about it EXCEPT THE CLEANING. The first time the descale light came on, I promptly bought the cleaning solution and followed the instructions on the bottle. Turned it back on, and the descale light came back on. Hmmmm....took me quite a while to find what I needed to know from the website, because the instructional video is buried! NOT ANYWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE, PICTURES OF THIS PARTICULAR COFFEE MAKER, NOR ON ANY OF THE PAPERWORK INCLUDED WITH THE COFFEEMAKER DOES IT SAY "OH, YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW ENTIRELY DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR DESCALING THIS PARTICULAR MODEL. As you can tell by the capital letters, it was really FRUSTRATING. What are you thinking?????? Let people know you changed the directions, even if you just put on the bottle of descaler "go to the Kuerig website for cleaning instructions for the K-Supreme coffee maker. These will NOT WORK. This makes absolutely no sense to me.

Works great but broke after descaling

I used this for about 6 months before it broke. The machine heats up fast and coffee tastes great, much better than older keurig brewers. Would be 5 stars except that it broke after descaling. It prompts you to descale monthly. I wouldnt do it.

Love the new features on this machine and hope it lasts longer than the last one I had which was 2 years. Also, the filter didn’t come with my machine and it’s been 2 weeks since I called about this.

Nice coffee maker but the tank is very wobbly and If it is not sitting just right the pump does not draw water from it. It should have some kind of latch or groove to capture the tank more securely.

Great features, but doesn't last

I bought my first K-Supreme in 2020. he coffee tasted great, I loved the features, but I could not use my reusable K-cup from my previous machine so I had to buy a new one.
It made great coffee until one day it did not. I figured it was a fluke and since the machine was still under warranty, ordered a replacement brewer.
The replacement brewer worked great and then at the first descale in my new apartment it stopped working again. I called customer service and they agreed to ship me a second replacement brewer and I should have it in a few days.
I bought this brewer right after it came out. When the first one failed, I assumed I just got a dud. Now that a second has failed, it seems like it is more like a design flaw.
Here's hoping the next one doesn't fail on me.

Won’t stop descale mode

I used Keurig descale solution. After going through cycles and using almost 3 gallons of water it still says to descale. Also, it need to be turned on every time I want to make coffee.

Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once you completed the process, the DESCALE notification turns off and exits the descale mode.
