Only lasts about 3 months with occasion use. They sent me a replacement but it also died after 3 months of occasional use. They're aware of the issue. It's supposedly a software issue causing an auto shutdown....never to come on again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think my last Keurig was the 1st one ever made and I just replaced it... Love my New Keurig and Love the Look !!!

I bought this ear ago and now it doesn't work. I looked for some way to contact the company but they don't seem to have any support.

Used Keurig single serve for years but always struggled with refilling the water reservoir. My visually impaired husband especially had difficulties with the slant and seating the reservoir. This K-Supreme redesign was a hallelujah moment for us. Didn’t think the brewing could be better but adding the multi stream feature brews a better cup of coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it, when it works

I bought my machine a month ago. Every other or every third cup only brews 2 oz, regardless if I select 12 oz or 10 oz. I then have to open the top and select the same option, which then brews the correct amount, plus the original 2 oz, into my cup. Recommend if you don't mind two brewings for a single cup (it is still quick).
