Good Coffee, Multiple failures for this machine

Keurig® K-Supreme
We have this machine for 6 months now.
The Descale feature Flashes so often _its driving us crazy! (and broke)
We use only *filtered water and *Kurig filters, *Kurig Descale fluid and *Their Instructions to descale it (instructions followed to the letter!) _Still the descale feature flashes each week with 10 to 12 Kurig Coffee k-cups made! ( & Yes, we only make coffee).
Not happy!

Does make the coffee warm enough

Bought this on April for my Mother-in-law who said when she put her creamer in the coffee it was then cold. So if you want a really hot cup of coffee you might not want this model.

MultiStream Needs Design Change

MultiStream caught my eye and I was excited to buy one when my K-Elite failed after about 3 years. However, within a week after purchase I started seeing evidence of leaking around the 4 extra water injection points. The leakage continued to get worse, now about 3 or 4 months in, the leakage has gotten so bad that the coffee isn't worth drinking. Also, the descale light was blinking at me so I followed the directions to descale. I'm good at following directions and followed them completely. Light is still blinking and coffee tastes even worse.
I gave up and bought another K-Elite. It's nice to have good coffee again.

Not hot.

No Coffee for me This Morning.

My mom gifted me the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker as an upgrade to my Cuisinart Single Serve. I've had it a month. I followed the setup instructions and I use filtered water. This machine has been a thorn in my side since week one. I've had to descale it at least once a week and now it doesn't brew. I put a Starbucks k-cup in there. There was this loud noise, smoke coming out of the side and top and inside the machine. This morning, smoke started coming out of the top but it sounded like it was going to brew and nothing. Now it doesn't even turn on. I've read other reviewers having the same issue. I would also agree with other users with respect to the temp of the coffee. Even though you have the heat features, it doesn't make it any hotter then other Keurigs.

Great when it works

When it works it’s great! My water tank randomly has cracks where the handle connects. Don’t bother contacting customer service, thought it’s been only 6 months, they just tell you how to but a new one. My mother in law had this happen when hers completely broke as well…..also 6 months old. They were Christmas gifts. Customer service is useless and they clearly just want your money. I will be switching to the Nespresso machine I think.

Worst coffee maker I ever purchased

Supposed to be more flavorful coffee due to multi stream technology. Water flows out the top of pod and if anything waters coffee down. A lot of clear water flows around pod and into cup. Very disgusted with this purchase and very shameful of Keurig fir their false promises.
