Two units in and just stopped working

We bought our original unit in Oct of 2020, in Dec of 2020 it wouldn't turn on Keurig sent us a replacement, it stopped working three days ago. Yes it makes a better cup of coffee, but the lifespan of this coffeemaker is short lived. I have been on calls with customer service twice this time and never got a call back as promised - it's been days now I want another model as a replacement this time, (I'll pay the difference on the upgrade - whatever...I don't care we need coffee) it's obvious this model has issues. The calls keeps going to another department that blows me off. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL. PERIOD.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not So Happy

I started using this on Monday and on Wednesday i need to descale. It takes forever to brew a cup of coffee. Very slow!!
I’ve been using a Keurig for years and love them but this model fell really short.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor design

I bought the Keurig supreme in November and it seems whether I'm using a K-cup or the My K-cup with my own coffee water is coming out all over. It seems like it is coming over the top of the K-cup and splashing down through the funnel and all over the back of the coffee maker and counter top. I thought the multistream technology would be better but it's not. Very disappointed.

Bought this about 6 months ago and it has stopped working. It wasn’t heavily used. The most was 3 cups a days.

Not so much

I received this Keurig version as a gift. I have had a lot of issues with leaky grounds. About 90% of the time I have to clean up the mess and throw out my freshly brewed cup due to the there being too many grounds in my cup. While I understand that there are times minor issues and glitches can occur, this is ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I own a 2.0 which is approximately 6 years old and I have not had any complaints. I noticed a lot of people are reporting they too are having issues with this K-Supreme version, including my particular issue. I hope there is a non-costly solution to correct these issues.

Thank you for reviewing your K-Supreme coffee maker. The behavior you're describing certainly does not sound normal. Has your K-Cup pod been removed and reinserted into the brewer? For best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. Reusing or rotating the K-Cup pod after brewing can cause overflow and coffee grounds. Died after 5 months of use

I’m completely disappointed, this machine completely stopped working after only 5 months of use.
