Bought this to replace an old machine. 4 months into it, the machine died. Going back to the old one. Wasted money
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is so different then my prior Keurig brewer and even a Cusinart version. This system is just so different in brewing through pods. I can now wake up and taste the coffee

Replacing old Keurig

Love the size and functionality of this machine, but it has shortcomings. Brewing a cup of coffee using a Keurig reusable filter is a mess! I mean the coffee gets everywhere. The stream is not consistent and or steady it splatters and putters throwing coffee all round the machine :( I believe this is a design flaw in Keurig's reusable filter design. The issue is lessened with a normal K-cup brew. I did not have this issue with my old machine. So I am disappointed and can not give it 5 stars.
Compact, easy, quick to make a delicious cup of coffee.

I bought this yesterday. Coffee not hot enough for me, travel mug won't fit and loud when making coffee. Bring back the 2.0
