I love this Keurig. It's fast to heat up, and the pitcher's handle makes it so easy to refill. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the replacement under warranty. We did some troubleshooting, and then I just had to supply my receipt and a photo of the S/N label -- I had the new one and hot coffee in 4 or 5 days. Thank you for standing by your product!
I love my K-Supreme, looks, functionality, flexibility. The only thing I would change is the black cord on a totally white machine. It messes with my flow of white and gray. The black cord really stands out in not a good way. Otherwise excellent in all areas.
