The brewer only lasted two days and on the third day the power shut off and never came back on.
Also, it is unbelievable that the consumer has to turn the brewer upside down and remove A & B and set it up for use. Its an invitation to a lot of future problems pulling out and readjusting the white wires (tubes) This should be done before ever making the brewer available for purchase.

I have been using your brewers for years but there are just too many problems with the machines.
I am done with your products and will buy elsewhere from here forward. You really need to take this seriously because there are many people who have had the same experiences as myself. Profuse leaking on the bottom of the brewers, not brewing the correct setting the machine is set on and just not lasting for any duration. Sometimes the machines refuse to work until 'fiddling' with it for a prolonged time. No one wants to deal with this before being able to have that much anticipated morning coffee.

this is the 6th Keurig that I have bought over the course of several years. The flavor of my coffee is really good.I can make 2 cups in a row without waiting for it to heat up. I also like that it does not take up so much room on my counter as my last one did. the green color is light, also a silver green. Easy to live with.

I purchased the last model before Keurig K about 6 months ago. I had been noticing the flavor was getting poorer and poorer. I called customer service and complained and they said because I am such a long time customer that they would replace it the the Keurig Supreme. The new technology is fabulous, my coffee taste great again and I’m even buying different brands because I can taste the different. Now I’ll be able to choose my favorite pod brands. Love it

The K-supreme is my third, and favorite one. I love that it doesn't have a touch screen. It is smaller and much quieter than my previous brewers, but makes my coffee just right, just as fast, using less counter space. Yea Keurig!!!
