We are longtime Keurig users and when our brewer lost all function we called Keurig. They came to our rescue immediately and after a bit of troubleshooting they offered to replace it. We are back online again and oh so grateful for the prompt and courteous service we received. We love our coffee and we love our Keurig.
Super impressed with Keurig doing the right thing. Shows they care about their customers. So far so good. I do think Keurig is a good product. The best part is how Keurig handled our concerns. That speaks volumes.
The manufacturer should revise the instructions on the descaling process to include a waiting period between rinsing. The unit overheats and soon stops working. This could easily be remedied by changing the instructions.
Really poor coffee maker! This is the second one. The one we have now was a replacement when the first one wouldn't reset after the descaling routine was completed. Both this one and the first one has screwed up making my husband's coffee several times a week. He has used donut shop coffee for years. This brewer starts putting out water, then drips, than stops. He has to take the whole thing to the sink to rinse it out, with water and grounds going all over the place. My coffee pods never do this. this machine is just crap; pure and simple. We will never buy another Keurig.
