Replacement was simple and prompt. I called. The person I spoke to told me what I needed to submit - photo of the bar code on the back of the Keurig and proof of purchase. Easy to upload and I had the replacement within a week. Thank you!
At first, my request for replacement was declined. After I responded to the decline by resending the requested information, my request for replacement was accepted. Received replacement Kurtis within 4 days.
Love it .!! But this is second one , as Christmas one stopped working in july. They were good to replace it quickly. I had older one I used in mean time, but new one is better.
