I have purchased several of the K-Supreme single serve coffee makers over the last few years. I have always been satisfied with the performance. The only time I ever experienced a problem with a new (4 month) purchase, I was concerned and contacted Keurig right away. My coffee maker was replaced within days, and at no additional cost to me. Keurig is definitely on my list of companies that takes care of its customers!
