Not worth it!

I've had thus for a few months now. Giving it 2 stars b/c the coffee does taste better & the sleek design doesn't take up as much space. I have owned the keurig 2.0 for years & I can't complain. I was intrigued about the new technology. Cons: coffee not hot enough, I have to microwave it for a min. 2. coffee grinds in every single cup of coffee, water, hot chocolate... you name it. 3. Not easily cleaned, I'm literally in there with a toothbrush b/c I feel as if a simple wipe is not enough; it's just too much. I've put it back in the box, highly dissatisfied, it's way after the return date & I'm still going to use my other until it gives out. I do not recommend this product maybe they will come up with something better.

multi stream is the worst

I have been using Keurig for years and love products but this newer multi stream is the worst. I have coffee grinds in every cup, the descale light is on already and I only used it for a month with filtered water, and every so often the pod explodes and coffee and grinds come out everywhere and you have to take machine apart to clean it. The design of the machine is great but go back to one puncture hole.

Purchased this model and it worked for 8 days. Returned the model and tried the same model. This one worked 5 days. The models just stop working. If we had not purchased k cups we would bail on this kind of coffee maker. Will try another brand.

The K-Supreme has an improved water reservoir without all those odd angles, which makes it much easier to clean. However the main unit leaks coffee grounds into your cup and I haven't been able to correct that. Also, the unit I now have is a replacement for the unit I originally purchased. The original unit had a DEGLAZE light that would not go out after the deglaze was completed, so Keurig elected to send me a new one. I don't know what's going to happen when the new unit's deglaze light comes on, and I perform the deglaze. Will the light stay on like the first one, or will it go out? There is no option for manually turning off the deglaze light. I'm just glad that I still have my 3-year-old Keurig to go back to, if the K-Supreme doesn't work out.

I bought the new Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker and I absolutely love it! I love the features on this coffee maker. Best purchase I bought!

Keurig Brand Reusable Pods Leak

* Keurig replaced the coffee maker I purchased 3 weeks earlier because it would no longer turn on.
When using the replacement coffee maker, the Keurig brand resuable pods, water leaks from the bottom of the pod making a mess.
I like the concept of this coffee maker with the water reservoir but I am not happy with the mess that occurs when using the Keurig brand resuable pod.
