My machine just stopped working. No indication of why. It was only 9 months old. I called and after a few questions to verify it was dead, it was replaced. Super simple. No hassle. I appreciate it very much!
What a privilege to use my KEURIG every morning!!! It’s so easy…it actually brews a cup of coffee faster than it took to make a cup of instant coffee!!!
So far I like the Keurig that I purchased. It is easy to use and takes up less space than my last one, which had a digital screen that I loved at first but the screen would get scrambled up and then you couldn’t use it because you couldn’t choose options.
