It makes a great cup of coffee quickly and quietly. No more arguing with my husband about filtered water because it has it's own filter. Very happy in Cleveland Ohio

My family noticed right away that the coffe does taste better. I think the new technology where the pod gets pierced in several areas of the k-cups, is much better than the old design.

After purchasing a smaller Keurig model that never worked (and I returned it), I decided to purchase the K-Supreme. Overall, I'm happy with it, especially the slim design. What I didn't know about it is that the coffee is not hot enough, and it doesn't have a temp adjustment like the K-Supreme Plus.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
