Kuerig quit working after 4 months. Was sent a replacement that quit working as soon as I plugged it in. While waiting on another replacement, I took the original one apart after watching a YouTube video and was able to fix it. We shall see how long the fix will last. Would not recommend this product. Should have been recalled for faulty thermo regulator.

I bought this in January 2025. It broke for no apparent reason in May 2025. I was able to call Keurrig give them the info and they sent me a new one which works great!

I am very happy with the process of obtaining a new machine. But the machine I got was not what I expected. Every time I make a cup of coffee I have to wash the counter off in a 4 inch diameter for all the spitting that goes one and the back area where the cup fits has coffee all over it too so that also needs to be cleaned.
