All in all, I love this coffee maker, however the newer models seem to have trouble. They seems to stop working. The older model seems to work without issues.
Love that I can switch out the pod adapter and use my own grounds to make coffee. Gonna buy a couple more because it takes a while to cool and empty the grounds in order to refill it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our 4th machine in the past couple months. All previous machines failed and were replaced under warrantee. The latest one is a little different in that the top control section which is hinged seems to be ill fitting and somewhat loose. We’ll see, but I am concerned that this one will end up failing just like the others but for a different cause. The people at Keurig sure could use some help in their reliability and quality departments.
