This is the 4th Keurig I have bought, seems there is a quality issue. The last one only made it 15 or 16 months. Be nice if the coffee maker lasted longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to have mine replaced. Called them up and received great response. They replaced it no problem and sent out a new one. Very impressed with great service.
My keurig coffee maker developed a blinking light after descaling. I called for help. The company replaced my pot without hesitance. Received the new pot in three days.
