It’s really hard to write a great review when the coffee machine burned out in less than one year. I’ll say it worked great until it didn’t. Having said that getting a warranty replacement was fairly quick and painless. I will say always register your machine or save your receipt. The replacement machine is working fine.
Well this one does not have option to customize your coffee like strength, hot like my other ones do. But ;l like it but thought I was getting the same one.
Do not care for this type of brewer. You have to use the purple pods that you put grounds in. We like the paper filters in the K-Supreme model and then you add your coffee grounds inside the filter. EASY REMOVAL AND NO COFFEE GROUNDS IN THE COFFEE. The slim line you have to use the pod with no filter, horrible to remove the grounds.
It was a bit of a hassle to get the replacement machine. I provided all the required documentation and within hours I was turned down. I had to call and asked for a supervisor who approved the replacement Very bureaucratic and not enough focus on the customer.
