Just received this a few weeks ago set it up immediately. It is amazing. So much better than my other Keurig I had previously. Slimmer, quicker to make a cup of coffee and hotter coffee.
The new pot is wonderful. Punching 5 holes in the top of the pod means the coffee is brewed evenly and so quickly the coffee seems hotter than my original Keurig. The web site needs a lot of work in my opinion. I ultimately had to call for help and the pot was still sent to an old address. This is very frustrating and worries me about trying to make any changes to my automatic delivery.
Love the the cup size access. Large mug or short mug. Not to big of water tank so I know its fresh water but I don't have to add water for every cup like my old Keurig. Biggest plus is the new water delivery system! Yes yes yes to this new Keurig!
Love this coffee maker! It makes a more flavorful, bolder cup of coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst Keurig ever

The first couple of cups, I thought wow this is great. After that, downhill. The coffee is disgusting, and it's not all that hot. It wanted to be descaled, did so, now the descale light will not go off - and we are using filtered water to begin with. Doesn't even begin to brew the actual amount you ask for. This is our 3rd Keurig so we are not unfamiliar with the brand. I've tried using the 'my K-cup' and brewing that way - at first it was okay but as we've used it (had this since around early December) it's just gotten worse. We are using the same coffee brands we've always used and liked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago because my previous coffee maker stopped working, and I like this one so much more. It has a clean look and the movable water tank is super convenient.
