These machines are horrible! Turn off mid-cup, push grounds into coffee. This is the replacement and it does the same thing the first one did. Even purchased a different Keurig model and it does the same thing. Huge problems with components or quality control in mfg that clearly have not been addressed by Keurig. Switching to another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
