Originally purchased machine had a ‘glitch,’ and would not ‘descale.’ Contacted Keurig & they immediately replaced it! Back to enjoying perfectly brewed our coffee!
I do love this style of keurig and this is my second purchase. Although the first one only lasted 1-1/2 years. I am hoping it was just some type of defect and this will last me much longer. we will see
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had my Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve coffee maker for 7 and a half months and while doing a scheduled descaling my machine suddenly just shut off and stopped working. I contacted Keurig about the 1 year warranty and low and behold they replaced my machine just by me answering a few questions about what happened to it. 3 days later I had a brand new machine at my door step. So anyone wanting to purchase one I highly recommend buying a Keurig. The price the service and the people working for them it’s a great company
