Coffee is the first thing most people drink every day. When a coffee maker breaks, i would think a brand such as Keurig would care about their customer and make getting a replacement out ASAP. It took 7+ days and i had to beg them to overnight it on day 5 when i had to call and figure out the status. Very bad customer experience. Would expect more from this brand.
The K supreme single serve coffee makers, in my opinion, are not very good. I was hoping when I bought my first one in August of 2024 that I would have it for a long while, as were the original big, old Keurigs that seemed to last. Wasn’t even 6 months and supreme single serve, didn’t work.
I drink leaded and my husband caffeine free, so this makes morning easier. And no more old coffee early afternoon. It’s quick and less mess than our full size. (We use the refillable pods. The coffee is good, but not great and leaves a residue or grounds in the cup.
I would recommend this to a friend!
