Had a problem with my original purchase. But when I contacted customer service they were super helpful about resolving my issue. Plus, they remedied my problem much faster than expected so I didn't even have to go "coffeeless."
The warranty was honored. My keurig purchased in November, 2024 just quit. We really liked it so we’re very happy it was replaced. It took a few extra calls, but 9 days later the replacement arrived.
I’ve been buying Keurig coffee makers since they first came out. The company is awesome, they go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Whenever I’ve had a problem and you call them they will do everything to help you fix this. If they can’t fix it over the phone they will make sure you get a new one. The associate I spoke to helped me to try and descale the machine the proper way. But for this coffee maker it didn’t work. I would highly recommend their coffee makers and continue to buy them. I give them a 10!
