This is my 3rd kuerig supreme. My first one was great. 2nd one didn't last to the first descaling. I'm hoping better for #3

The warranty replacement for my K-Supreme Single Cup coffee maker was outstanding. Although it is unfortunate my original purchase unexpectedly needed replacing the promptness & ease of contacting the company for assistance was outstanding. I had the replacement within a few days. I am impressed with the friendliness of the customer service rep I spoke with & the promptness of the service I received.
We have had a keurig for years and been 100% happy. I decided to get the smaller version, so less space would be used on the counter. It stopped working after a few short weeks. The replacement is now not working all of the time. Will see................
Even though at first my contact, Keurig wasn’t very helpful When I contacted you a second time, they were phenomenal Getting it here in a couple of days was great Thanks again
