We are surprised that our coffeemaker has failed after less than 2 weeks (10 days of usage). This is our sixth unit and have not seen this failure so quickly. The units usually last a few years before failing to turn on, but the last 2 units have lasted six months and 10 days.
This particular Kuerig is Avery nice product. The only thing is that this model seems to have a history of the going dead & the reset is very difficult to get to.
I love this little machine. Water container can be stored on either side or on the back, making it super slim on my countertop. No waiting for coffee, either.
I do like this coffee pot it was a gift however, there are a few things that I don’t like and one of them is how slowly the water comes out when you’re making a cup and secondly, the splatter when the water is coming out it’s constant you have to clean it after every use. My previous Keurig was the One with the back Reservoir, and it didn’t hold very much water and that’s why this person gave this to me for Christmas, but the water came out quickly and efficiently and like I said, this one is the opposite of that. But I do like it because of the reservoir, it’s a whole different system. It’s easy to get to so thank you for replacing it for me since the first one was not working properly at all.

So far the replacement Keurig K-Supreme is working as expected. I was pleased that Keurig replaced the original unit 5 months after I bought it. At first they hedged but speaking with a supervisor and having provided proof of purchase and SN they concurred to replace the unit.
It makes really good coffee. It's quick and easy. It takes up very little space and having the water tank makes it even easier, since you don't have to add water every day.
