My coffee maker stopped working after 6 months. Keurig replaced it in a couple of days. Bummer that the original failed, but pleased with Keurig's response.
This is a replacement from one that stopped working. Kuerig was quick to replace it for me. So far its working great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our 3rd orx4th replacement as the previous Keurigs stopped working. The last one was dangerous as it shot out steam when it stopped working. Glad I was not too close to it. Only positive, replacement is sent when they stop working.
