I work with some avid, coffee/tea/hot beverage drinking coworkers. Like with most merchandise, they're susceptible to defects. But that's when the Customer Service Department needs to step up with quality service. Keurig's Customer Service was so wonderful to communicate with regarding the, less than 30 day old, Keurig K-Supreme. We received a new unit with absolutely no hassles.....just another positive reason for purchasing a Keurig product. Thumbs Up!!

Love the K Supreme!

I love this product better than the 2.0 that I previously had. Love the side reservoir! and the fact you can adjust it to the back as well. Had looked at other coffee makers but came back to Keurig as it is so easy to use and one can purchase the pods and coffee bags for the K Supreme in so many places! Wish Keurig sold their coffee mugs, I would buy 2. :)
I got one of these for Christmas from my mother. I followed all the directions for setup, and it turned off... NEVER to turn back on. I went through all the troubleshooting, and nothing. It was just DEAD. I called customer service, and they were very kind and helpful! I sent them pictures of the brewer and ID barcode, and they shipped a replacement. I went throught the same steps as before, only this one came with a detached handle on one side making it impossible to lift the top to put a k-cup in. I gave up, and went and bought a different model completely with NO issues. Keurig should ditch this model entirely. It's slim and space-saving, but no one wants a counter ornament that is junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good coffee?? NOOOO

Coffee, and hot chocolate, and tea all had a very bad taste. I looked up the problem, and it seems many have experienced the same issue, and it was suggested to run lots of water (some added vinegar, but I did not) through the machine to eliminate the taste. After about 10 large carafes, the taste was normal. Then the next time I returned to use it a few days later, the horrendous taste again was present. It makes me through out the drink as it is awful tasting. Other than the awful taste of the water that comes through the machine, the machine is great. But I care most about the taste of the product.
We love this coffee maker. We had an older model and decided on this one. The cold coffee feature is great and the option for the strong brew has worked very well.
