The replacement process was quick and easy, absolutely no complaints there. The replacement unit however sounds awful and I honestly question how long it will last. I feel I may be in the same boat before the end of the year.

I like the multi stream.

It’s good because of multi stream. But there are a few things I don’t like about it. It shoots out white liquid at the end. Never had that before with any keurig.
