Im a bit nervous about this product. The first one i purchased broke aithin 5 months and i had it replaced with this one. I was not given ethe opportunity to purchase a warranty as i did not pay for this one. I do like the keurig products.
Thank you so much for replacing me with a new one. It didn’t seem like it wanted to work at first but it’s doing OK now. The very first time trying to make coffee it on my spit out a dribble. But I’ve made coffee a few more times and it’s doing just fine. Hopefully it’ll last longer than just under three months.
I recently purchased this k-supreme after my 30 year old expresso machine no longer was functional. Decided to try a keurig brand again. I found that after I made coffee, I was always microwaving my coffee to get it hot enough. I called the company, they sent me a replacement machine, and it is the same. There is no way to adjust the temp. I started to check the temp immediately after brewed...156* (both coffee makers). If I ran a cycle first to heat the cup, I could get 165*. Which led me to questioning some of my friends about how hot their coffee brewed. This is definitely on the cool end. For reference, McDonalds werves their coffee 180-190*. It works well, so may be ok to brew over ice, just not that hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received one from the warranty, and I love the machine. I use only filtered water and I keep it clean with filters also. The coffee comes out really good
I really like the slim profile of this coffee maker. Also, the water tank is very easy to fill. Getting that tank properly reseated is tricky & can be problematic - hence the replacement!
