My New Keurig

I bought the K-Supreme last month when my current machine stopped worked. I like the size and shape of the machine on my counter. I am still getting used to the k-Cup being crushed when the lid is lowered, and the top foil is sometimes ripped open by the 3 prongs. in a couple of occasions, the grounds have gone into the cup making the contents undrinkable. And I don't know why but the coffee does splash a lot as it is going into the cup making for coffee spots on the machine. Still trying to get used to this machine.
This is my third or fourth Keurig. And it is a wonderful coffee maker. My like has changed since 2007 when I bought my first Keurig coffee maker. And since then, no more long wait for the first cup. No more coffee grounds spilling on the kitchen floor or counter. No more messy grounds to clean. Keurig coffee makers have been a game changer.
After an initial hiccup with my warranty claim, your company steppeed up and made it right by replacing my machine at no cost to me. I'm quite pleased with both the machine and the service I received. Thank you.
We had a problem with our K-Supreme, it simply stopped working. Called customer service, answered a few questions, and a new machine was shipped out and recieved in 3 days later. That is what I call SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks Keurig!
Thank you for honoring your warranty, took a couple weeks but it came in the mail and is at this very moment brewing a cup of delicious coffee, that was the toughest couple weeks living on Cowboy coffee thank you
