I was appreciative being the replacement was so easy and I recieved the new one in a very short time. We love our keurig here in our office so it was nice not being down for too long. Thank you.

3rd Brewer in 6 months and still does not brew

This is my 2nd replacement - brewer #3. All 3 have failed and this last one stopped brewing full cups after one week. I will never buy this model ever again. My first Keurig lasted nearly 14 years. Now this model can't last a week. Maybe its the model, but definitely not made like my original was.
This is my 4th Keurig of this same model. I love the pot, but it does not last long. I had no problem getting a replacement, but I cannot register it because there is a problem with the serial no. I don't think this is fair and don't ask me to take a picture of the serial no. and send it to you on my computer. I am too old to know how to do this.
